Our Journey -

Started in 1987 under the name Satyam Suitings Pvt. Ltd. with 10 Simco weaving machines having a monthly production capacity of 10,000 meter.

In 1995, the company started one more unit under the name Quality Suitings with RUT-Cmachines.

In 2003, with changing scenario of global textile industry, Satyam Suitings changed its technology to Sulzer weaving machines and took its production capacity to 3 million meters.

In 2005, the company saw a great opportunity in cotton fabrics and started its new venture under the name Samarpan Synthetics for trading cotton fabrics.

In 2011, Samarpan Synthetics started its own manufacturing of cotton fabrics with the latest cutting edge technology of 9100 Tsudakoma air-jet loom.

In 2016, the company further expanded its manufacturing capacity by adding latest technology zax9200i Tsudakoma air-jetlooms.

In 2019, the company took one more step in the world of textiles by starting trading of yarns.

Further, in 2020, the company added one more arrow in its quiver by acquiring a fabric dyeing and processing unit in Bhilwara which is currently under redesigning to equip it with latest technology and align it with company’s current business segments.
